Back Cove 30

The style of the Down East lobster boat is closely associated with Maine’s proud boat building heritage. The Back Cove 30 is a grand example of everything that makes the Down East lobster boat a work of art. She has a traditional spoon bow and her transom is gently sloped: a style that will turn heads in any harbor.

Below the surface she is modern and contemporary. A resin infused, deep-vee hull with propeller recess and standard trim tabs, offers a quiet and comfortable ride. With her standard 320 horsepower 6 cylinder diesel, she will cruise at 20 knots and top out at 25, and with optional higher horsepower, she will cruise at 25 knots.

Back Cove 34

Our goal for the Back Cove 34 was to create a cruising yacht with the same simple features, usability and maintenance that have built the popularity of the Back Cove brand. With input from many of our current boat owners, we have created a yacht which offers tremendous value, great style and modern practicality.

Below deck is found a large and comfortable island berth and a convertible L-settee which can be isolated from the cabin with a curtain. To starboard a large head with separate stall shower.

Back Cove 37

The Back Cove 37 continues the practical features that have identified the Back Cove range of down east style motor yachts: Usability, low maintenance and fuel efficiency.

In the master stateroom there is an island berth for ease of egress, and for stowage of owner’s gear, there are many lockers and drawers provided. To starboard aft of the master is a full guest cabin with a pullman berth and ample storage capacity.

Back Cove Downeast 37

Back Cove Yachts proudly presents the Back Cove Downeast 37; continuing with the same practical features, usability and low maintenance, that have built the popularity of the Back Cove brand since its inception in 2003.

Her interior is built in the Herreshoff style with white panels and raised wooden trim. The master stateroom offers an island berth with steps to both sides for ease of egress. Storage is plentiful with many lockers and drawers provided.

Back Cove 41

We intend the 41 to be unequaled in its class in terms of the efficiency of its operation, the thoughtfulness of its design, and the execution of its build.

The Back Cove 41 is the largest Back Cove to date and will be fitted with an efficient single Cummins 600hp diesel engine. The yacht will also be equipped with bow and stern thrusters, a generator set and reverse cycle heat and air conditioning systems are standard.
